Day 2

After an easy start we left Schoonebeek

and looked at the last Ja-knikker

We crossed the border in to Germany.

there we had some coffee and pasty.

Again it was a hot sticky day when crossing Germany. Just after crossing the Dutch border again we made a lunch break. While we were resting a man on a recumbentbike passed. He too came from Middelburg. He must have heard of us by the de mother and sons on the recumbentbikes

After a small wood we arrived at the soft sands at the board of the Dinkel. We had to walk for a while. Luckily we heard there was a campsite nearby with a swimming lake

So we put up our tent there. Just across the path was a couple that had lived in Middelburg for some years. It's a small world after all.....
